The Slip On Duckbill Check Valve model DB-1 is installed over the end of a plain ended pipe to prevent back flow. The DB-1 model is a Flat bottom model, with a flared top to enhance flow rates and reduce head loss.

Size range from DN80 to DN1600 The DB-2 Flanged Duckbill Check Valve model can be bolted to the mating flange at the end of a pipe to prevent back flow, or be bolted to a storm water concrete headwall. Available in a range of different flange specifications such as AS2129 Table E, Table D, ASME 150/ANSI 150LB, AS4087 PN16. Cracking pressure is from 25cm of water/2.48kPa - the valve does not fully open at 25cm of water, full flow is required to fully open the valve with no back flow on the outside of the valve*. The DB-3 Inline Duckbill Check Valve is Flanged Table E and is to be fitted inside your pipe to prevent back flow. This is an insertable rubber check valve. The end is secured in place by the flange. Suited to low back pressure applications. Size range starting from Pipe ID of 73.0mm. The pipe ID (internal diameter) must be advised at the time of requesting a quote or ordering. Choosing a Curved Bill or Straight Bill: - Curved Bill model - provides 50% more sealing area compared to the straight bill ended duckbill check valve, enabling a better tighter seal when debris are present. From 25cm head pressure to crack open the valve( curved end) this low head pressure does not fully open the valve, and for the valve to fully open, full flow is required with no back pressure. Application: Clean water only This Float Valve is hydraulically operated, single seated, piston actuated, internal pilot and float controlled. At the full supply level, inlet pressure is retained within the piston chamber by the pilot valve, equalising pressures across the piston, and permitting inlet pressure to close the valve. The DB-4 inline duckbill check valve is an insertable rubber non-return valve that fits inside your pipe to stop backflow, in sizes from 100mm to 600mm ID. It is secured by an internal expanding clamp, and additional bolts can be fitted through the pre-existing holes in the clamp (drilling required). It suits low back-pressure applications. Curved Bill or Straight Bill: the curved-bill model provides around 50% more sealing area than a straight-bill duckbill check valve, giving a tighter seal when debris is present. Galvanised/ Zinc Plated Steel Control rod for Rubber Expansion Joints. When fitted to rubber expansion joints and mating flanges these will stop excessive movement which prevents the rubber expansion joint from failing. The price is for 1 x control rod. If you need 2 or 4 x control rods, you need to make the quantity 2 or 4 or however many you need. The price quoted is relevant to the Nominal Bore Size of the rubber expansion joint, and manufactured from Galvansied Steel/ Zinc plated steel. The Double Arch Rubber Expansion Joint with an unfilled arch provides greater movement and flexibility than a Single Arch. Movements of 40mm and upwards are acheivable with two arches.
