Size range from DN80 to DN2400

The DB-2 Flanged Duckbill Check Valve model can be bolted to the mating flange at the end of a pipe to prevent back flow, or be bolted to a storm water concrete headwall.

Available in a range of different flange specifications such as AS2129 Table E, Table D, ASME 150/ANSI 150LB, AS4087 PN16.

Cracking pressure is 25cm of water/2.48kPa. ( Curved bill )

Head loss is 2kPa average.

2 design options as follows:

- Flared model

- Flat bottom model

Choosing a Curved Bill or Straight Bill:

Curved Bill model - provides 50% more sealing area compared to the straight bill ended duckbill check valve, enabling a better tighter seal when debris are present. Does require a slightly higher cracking pressure to open the valve compared to the Straight Bill model.

- Straight Bill model - opens with minimal cracking pressure, if debris are present there is a high chance it will effect sealing performance.

Supplied with a 316 stainless steel backing flange, the rubber duckbill check valve will last for many years in operation.

Choose the Neoprene rubber material if the duckbill check valve will be fitted near the Ocean and in contact with salt water.
